FACTORY NEW Semi-Auto VMAC9 Side Cocking Upper manufactured by Velocity Fire Arms. This kit includes everything that is pictured, (Upper with AR handguard adapter) The AR handguard adapter allows you to add most AR-15 style handguards. All parts have a manganese phosphate finished IAW 5.3.1.2 of Mil-STD-171, the U.S. governments recommended protective finish for steel. The barrel is threaded 1/2X28 for any accessories you may want. These uppers use the blow-back unlocked bolt design.
