Velocity Firearms is a firearm manufacturing company located in Duluth, Minnesota. Our goal is to give you the finest products and service, along with experienced advice. I’m not sure when I became interested in firearms but, while I was a college student, I lived with my grandfather. He was always cooking or building a new gun of some type. I watched him work night after night on firearms. He was meticulous. Soon I was working right beside him … finding that I looked forward to the next new project. I picked up a lot of knowledge from him …. both in building firearms and cooking. Wish he were still here … I know he’d be proud of me.
After completing college and working for a large computer company … yet always looking for an opportunity to build another firearm, I came to the conclusion that my real passion was in building those firearms. I decided to use my entrepreneurial instincts and start a firearm manufacturing business. I look forward to getting in the shop every day.

Return And Warranty Policy
All new firearms purchased from Velocity Firearms are covered by a 12 month warranty. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any firearm purchased from Velocity Firearms as long as the firearm is not abused or modified.
Shipping will be paid by the customer. This warranty is not transferable. Velocity Firearms assumes no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the firearm, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modification, use of defective or improper hand loaded, reloaded or re-manufactured ammunition or customer abuse, neglect or misuse. All items must be returned before we can refund your account or send out a replacement item.
Any returned items must be un fired or unused and in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you or your dealer. This includes boxes and accessories. Returns must first be authorized by Velocity Firearms. Any items sent back without an RMA # will be refused. Any firearm return must be double boxed and must include a photo copy of the front and rear of your drivers license. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns on items 10 days after delivery from UPS. You will need to write the RMA # on the exterior of the box next to the shipping label. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items unless otherwise discussed.
Any shipping, auction fees or transfer fees are nonrefundable.
FIREARM SHIPMENTS
We cannot ship a gun direct to you, but we can ship to the local FFL dealer of your choice. Any legitimate gun store or gun dealer has an FFL Gun Dealers license. When buying a firearm please fully review the other info listed in the payment & FFL sections before placing your order. Firearms and Ammo orders are sent Signature Required to verify delivery someone will need to be home to sign for the package any items that are returned because of lack of signature will be charged a restocking fee. We do not contact or arrange transfers with dealers this is solely the customers responsibility please do not ask us to do this for you . It is the customers responsibility to verify that the item is legal in your state & that the dealer will handle your transfer BEFORE placing the order. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Firearms , Ammo or Receivers from our web site. Since age requirements can vary please make sure you comply with age restrictions in your state before ordering .
If you purchase a firearm and other items on the same order the entire order will ship to the FFL dealer there are no split shipments.

Colorado: No shotgun magazines over 8 rounds. No other magazines over 15 rounds
District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds
Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds that may fit a pistol

Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds
